YORU is the War Devil, one of the four horsemen. After being defeated and consumed by the Chainsaw Devil, War's form was reduced to a potoo bird. Many years later, War witnessed the death of Asa Mitaka and offered a contract: Asa would live again. In return, Yoru claims Asa's body, leaving half of her brain intact so they may exist together. Unfamiliar with human society, Yoru tends to only take over control when necessary for her own ultimate goal: to kill Chainsaw Man.

VERSE 001: parasite. Yoru, the weakened war devil, is now a fiend who shares a body with Asa Mitaka. She is able to freely take control of Asa's body, often reserved for dangerous situations... or to cause trouble.
VERSE 002: war fiend. AU. After witnessing Asa's death, a weak Yoru saw it as an opportunity to live anew. Asa remains dead, with Yoru intent on regaining her strength on her own.
